Gmail & Calendar for Claude is a private connector. It lets its owner's own Claude account read and manage the owner's own Gmail and Google Calendar. Only Google accounts on the owner's allowlist can sign in; any other account is refused, and the access Google granted it is revoked immediately.
Calendars and events; email messages, threads and drafts; the account's name and email address. It accesses them only when Claude calls one of its tools during the owner's conversation, and returns the result to Claude for that conversation. It can send email and calendar invitations only when such a tool is called.
Only the sign-in: an OAuth grant holding Google's access and refresh tokens, encrypted, on the owner's server in Germany. It keeps no copies of emails, events or contacts, and keeps no logs of their content.
It does not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone else, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Remove the app under your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections: the stored sign-in stops working at once. Removing the connector in Claude ends Claude's access as well.

Gmail & Calendar for Claude ist ein privater Connector. Er erlaubt dem Claude-Konto des Inhabers, dessen eigenes Gmail und seinen Google Kalender zu lesen und zu verwalten. Anmelden können sich nur Google-Konten auf der Freigabeliste des Inhabers; jedes andere Konto wird abgewiesen und der von Google erteilte Zugriff sofort widerrufen.
Zugriff: Kalender und Termine, E-Mails, Unterhaltungen und Entwürfe sowie Name und E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos, und zwar nur, wenn Claude im Gespräch des Inhabers eines der Werkzeuge aufruft. Das Ergebnis geht an Claude für dieses Gespräch.
Gespeichert wird nur die Anmeldung (ein OAuth-Grant mit Googles Zugriffs- und Aktualisierungstoken), verschlüsselt, auf dem Server des Inhabers in Deutschland. Keine Kopien von E-Mails, Terminen oder Kontakten.
Niemals: kein Verkauf, keine Weitergabe an Dritte, keine Werbung, kein Training von KI-Modellen. Die Nutzung von Daten aus Google-APIs folgt der Google API Services User Data Policy einschließlich der Limited-Use-Anforderungen.
Zugriff entziehen: im Google-Konto unter Sicherheit → Verbindungen zu Drittanbieter-Apps die App entfernen; die gespeicherte Anmeldung ist dann sofort unwirksam.
